Q: Do I need to bring in any cables with my device when it comes in for repair?
A: If it is a PC with a connection similar to a kettle plug, it is not necessary to bring in the power lead. If it is a laptop or a printer, these can sometimes have unique power sockets, so it is always best to bring in the power leads.
Q: I have had a pop up on my screen which I think is a virus what shall I do?
A: The best thing to do is to turn the computer off and disconnect the router’s phone line from the socket on the wall. This will prevent any more transfers to and from your computer. Then call our engineers on 01363 881157, they will offer the best advice to get you back up and running.
